All our Employee wear Face Protection, and wear Gloves if required by customer each Truck has a hand wash system installed, with water and soap for disinfection.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are a fully licensed and insured company.
Do you have any hidden charges?
We do NOT have any kind of hidden charges. Everything you need for your move is included in our rate.
How do I make my move go faster?
Our team will do everything to make your move as fast as possible. But you can help us to do it even faster. Please box up all loose items, have boxes ready in one spot, keep pets and kids out of the way. We will take care of the rest.
Do I have to give workers a tip?
As members in the service industry, a gratuity is always appreciated but is not a requirement.
Should I pack my own valuables?
It is always recommended to pack all your valuebles prior to the moving day, and transport them yourself so you know exactly where they are after the move. Especially smaller items such as jewelry & watches. However, our staff are all trained in packing fragile and valuable items if needed.
Parking Instructions
Make sure to reserve parking for our trucks at both pickup and delivery locations. If there is no parking, please notify us.
Parking permit is required in the following cities:
Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, and Downtown Los Angeles.
